We have started the first external swap on the RESQ process for the CTS community

CTS was a dev abandoned project that has been taken over by some of the community members, they have done a great job in getting the coin back onto it's feet and are paying for CB and MNO listing themselves.

CTSC is the new coin ticker and their focus is on creating a Next Generation MN listing platform. For more information pay a visit to their Discord.

Swap Platform basic instruction:
- Register on the Swap platform website (swap.resqchain.org), then go to the control panel (Dashboard) and click on the [ + ] sign,
the tab of your exchange pair (CTS->CTSC) will appear with the information of the exchange Ratio and Fee, also the tab will be available exchange history and management.
- Enter your CTSC address where you would like to receive the exchanged CTSC coins
- The system will assign you the address of the CTS to send coins (carefully check the data you entered!)
- CTS wallets in the Exchange system are checked every few hours for transactions and process any exchanges in the queue
- If you have any questions or need help, please contact RESQ Discord #tech-support

The Swap ratio is CTS 2:1 CTSC. Exchange (Swap) CTS at CTSC will be available until 24.11.2018

The fork to the new reward structure was successful and MNs are now receiving 50% of the block reward. Old wallets will have forked to an invalid chain.
We can see that miners still mining on the old wallet and pools that haven't updated, these coins are on a fork and are invalid, if the difficulty of the pool you are mining to does not match the explorer you need to move your rigs to a pool that is up to date.

Future plans: now there will be a short break, most likely during this week, the experience gained in the latest Exchanges will be used to improve the performance of the platforms (RESQ Swap and RESQ Vote), then return to the standard voting schedule. The RESQ Discord channel #coin-nominations accepts offers from new candidates for the Voting platform. It is possible that with a parallel selection of projects for the next exchange will be held and External Swaps, as it was recently with CTSC.
