I transferred bitcoins from the poloniex exchange to the receiving address copied from the bitcoin armory but they never turned up in the armory wallet.
Poloniex tarnsferred to the address I gave them.
Checking back It seems that the armory wallet is generating a new receive address all the time.
Is a random change in the receive address normal?
Do I have a hacked armory?

I can provide specific details if this will help.

Is the block chain synced?

If you aren't the sole controller of your private keys, you don't have any bitcoins.

Have you verified the transaction on a block explorer website?

Found a block chain explorer and the payment address has never been used.
Hmmmm, I'm reading the confirmation email from Poloniex, and it has a confirmation link address which I need to click.
Maybe thats why It didn't go through.
Leave it with me, Thats likely the explanation.

Yep, it sounds like the funds were never sent, which would explain why you can't see those coins in Armory.

Good luck getting it sorted out.
