No, it was not a wrong move. There will be people who will try to abuse privileges anyhow. In fact, these big companies do have the ability to pour large investments in order to keep the flow of investments constant in the market.

Every risk with negativity is a lesson for the future
Crypto currency had an immense rise and it attracted the media who hyped it beyond development and also crashed it down when they wanted to be a part of the gist

Maybe things will change for the better in the future for cryptocurrencies and the mainstream media.At the moment, the mainstream media are not really friendly about cryptocurrencies, they are sponsor often times to spread unfounded rumors about it or distort facts about it. They are quick to associate it with negative news and never  spread the amazing benefits of this beautiful technological advancement
