I would have actually mined this had their been coins to mine.  Proposing new GIP0002: (Goxcoin ignorant proposal) 1. For a transaction to be valid at least one of it's inputs must be connected to an unspent output. Transaction amount is not changing no matter what else. Loops are explicitly allowed.
2. Unconnected input is reported with a standard message "That is not an issue." and without any further details.

Workaround: customers are "not that pissed" but still no coin can get out. (Those transactions there lately are just final tests... with a small testing amount of about 20 BTC each, all other coins were transfered to the cold storage.) |

I just found a great hidden feature in the Goxcoin Qt client! $ cd goxcoin/src
$ qmake-qt4 -makefile -Wall USE_FRB=1
$ make
This enables Fractional Reserve Banking. Once enabled, you will be able to send as many coins as you want, using IOUs as inputs. Balance will be adjusted accordingly and use red color for negative balances. What an amazing coin! |
