First of all, which one?
Secondly, even if you saw it, I'd say that it totally depends on the budget of the company and/or party (if the manager himself is conducting a campaign on his own) as well as they will decide what to be given to their members based on the amount of time they want to run their campaign. Still, I believe that those who go for bounty signature campaigns, they just strike off arrows in dark thinking it will give them what's promised for their participation, but it's not guaranteed here that they will gain what they expected and worked for.
I think he is talking about a signature campaign from the past as there are currently no Bitcoin paid sig campaigns who are accepting Jr. Members as of the moment based on the
Overview of Bitcointalk Signature-Ad Campaigns or another possibility is that he might be talking about a bounty campaign who is only paying a token equivalent to that dollar amount. As for jay sd if you think that the pay rates is "ridiculous" no one is forcing you to join that campaign, you can easily avoid/ignore it if you think your time and effort would only be wasted if you participated in that campaign, although waiting for a new campaign who might accept your respective rank might take a while but it is your choice, just keep in mind if you think that the pay rates are low do not talk trash in their ANN thread or complain that they are too low (like other members) just to have a chance to increase their pay rates, it is like disrespecting them as you are messing up their own campaign project which you have no right upon.
