Not only small countries, overseas territories, and European principalities want to incubate and lead the crypto industry. France and Switzerland also wish to be hubs of this industry.

Low taxes and supporting regulation, two things that will attract crypto companies and also encourage citizens to use cryptocurrency in daily transactions such as in Swiss city of Zug that accepting bitcoin as a payment method for services. Although this article published recently, those news has been around for several months but bitcoin price seems waiting for ETF approval to skyrocket though.

To me the most crypto friendly country is the one that doesn't do anything about crypto at all: no regulations, no taxes, no mining restrictions. Big companies and institutional investors love regulations because it brings them some sense of security, but really it's much cheaper to use Bitcoin with any involvement from the government. Just imagine paying no taxes for any income and spending made with BTC, this alone can be a huge factor for many people. I think Bitcoin will be the future of shadow economy if governments will continue to fight cash.
