Once the deposit has been made, the offer is then pushed to the dispensary via email.
The dispensary can either accept/reject/ignore the order.
This is a prepaid order, now the dispensaries are paid before committing to a delivery or preparing orders for customer pick up in which customers are now more "serious" about picking up.
This reduces large lines and speeds up the entire delivery/order process.
