r9 270 microsoft basic display adapter!!?

Hi guys, need assistance on this im not sure why my second card r9 270 is showing up microsoft basic display adapter while my initial card r9 280x can be seen but has errors in cgminer.

I have tried install uninstall also error 31 corrections as per microsoft forum.

My cards are asus 270 msi 280x mb is p8z77-vlk.
