I thought enlte would be the best bounty but, bounty distribution was very bad by the bounty. They changed their bounty scheme at the last moment. So judgement of best bounty not easy.

I have checked whitepaper; the project claims to replace human labour to robots. First of all they want to provide service in entertainment and hospitality.
Their objective is to enable the different sectors replacing abur related work through robots; and as a result reduce their cost of operations. It is claimed that one robot will be replacing 4 persons.
The project can be successful in rich; advanced; short labour countries only which is expensive. It may not find much market in less developed poor countries which are having sufficient human labour which is cheaper too.
Economically it is good to increasing profits of business houses by decreasing labour cost. But on the other hand on humanity grounds it may be eating away the employment of poor people. Every thing is having plus minus points.
Can not say it is the best or not; but apparently seems good.
Before participating any ICO it is good to read whitepaper carefully check the team also. Do not follow any body advise just blindly.

Let the ratina by different rating agaencies decide whether the project/bounty is good or not. Some good raters are TrackICO, Icobench and I think best if them is Icocreed.
