Hello,

I found my old PC and try check my wallet but don't work, can't sync.
On my old PC installed old version Electrum.
When I open my first wallet with 0 balance, it's ok (synced).
When I open my second wallet with balance, I see strange transaction "unknown" amount "+0." and wallet can't sync..

Who can explain what is this?
Is this virus or malware?

Need help.

How can get private keys without sync?

Thanks.

According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

Did you generate the wallet file from inside electrum (and write down your seeds).

If so, try going to the place where the data is stored (you can search for it on your device or click file>open>browser and find the folder it takes you to) and move those two wallet files somewhere (hopefully you encrypted them) and shut down electrum (in either order).

Try to restart electrum and restore your wallet from seed and see if you get the same issue.

This problem occurs in outdated versions of electrum. Write down your seed if you haven't done so already. You can get it from wallet menu> seed in most wallets. You can also backup the wallet file via file > save copy. Then download and install the latest version of electrum from electrum.org.

How can get private keys without sync?
You can always get the private key of an address using the right-click menu from the address tab.

First, update the old version electrum to check if it's really funded or check the addresses' balance from any blockexplorer.
Do Abdussamad's suggestion to update your Electrum.

You don't have to worry when updating electrum. Your wallet files will always be compatible.
Actually you should make sure to always have the up-to-date version of a wallet installed. This is the only way to somehow be protected against potential threats.

Make sure you have a backup of your 12/24 word seed. This seed is being used to generate all private keys inside your wallet. In case of an electrum update failing or a hardware failure, you will always be able to derive your keys again to access your coins.

Addresses are hidden by default, hit alt+A (or ctrl+A - can't remember which it is) and the addresses tab will appear.

it "was"  Ctrl+A, they removed the keyboard shortcut for some reason (maybe because it was weird! Ctrl+A is select all...) so it no longer works that way. you have to choose which tab to show/hide from the View option from the toolbar menu on top.
