Hi guys,

I am looking to buy modular cable that is powering molex for my Chieftec PSU, like the first on the left in this picture: http://postimg.org/image/xbd83jxth/

No, it is cable that comes out of PSU and powers molex that is actually powering GPU.

Dunno if I am explaining this well, but basically GPU has 2 power inputs, that each have 2 molex, these 4 are connected to this modular PSU cable and are powering GPU.

Let me know if its not clear..

What is the brand of the psu?

Some use different connectors.

Here some companies like Seasonic and Corsair use 8 pin input on PSU side and output to 6+2 pin for use to PCIE
