In the last three years, Bitcoin has proven to be an extremely reliable and secure in transactions processing. The last time Bitcoin had a major security challenges was in 2013, when the blockchain securities was put into challenges for some days and it was resolved effectively and now for over 4 years Bitcoin has been operating efficiently and more secure.
Can other cryptocurrencies also face similar security challenges and easily overcome it like bitcoin do. Most of these altcoins including Ethereum have constant reliability and security issues.

What factors make bitcoin most realible and more secure, its the block chain technology which its operate or other factors also contribute to it.

I think Bitcoin and Altcoins have the similar security and reliability as long as their structure is concerned. It's just the type of wallets which are not completely secure in terms of ALTcoins. Also, ICOs recently has a bad record of scamming people which has created a bad reputation for the ALTs in the market.

yes,First of all definitely for its blockchain technology and other factors like altcoin technology also matters in its increment of prices. Bitcoin is the ruler of the digital forms of money. It is exceptionally costly, however, there is the motivation to trust it will keep on gaining esteem. Numerous different coins are on the ascent afterward.

When Bitcoin started the journey, it was big security. I think Bitcoin is now the safest and most likely to use the long-term experience. Because Bitcoin using blockchain technology it will be very transparent and solid.

I think alternative cryptocurrency can do like bitcoin safety.
they already have the pattern, they will just follow the map that bitcoin did.
I believe that everything will be secured as long as the owner of the wallet will be careful also.
but hackers are really brilliant. i hope someday they can't open any website and wallet related to cryptocurrency

The issues of security and reliability are very important factors to take into serious consideration when talking about the blockchain technology, these are factors you cannot compromised with. I think the bitcoin protocol is one of the best when it comes to security however most recent blockchains are also trying their best to meet up with these challenges.

I think in coming days other coins will be secured too. There are many coins with good potential. So if they provide good security then they will be popular.

I think that altcoins and bitcoin doesn't seem very different with their security system. They are both cryptocurrency and all follows the blockchain technology so if one of them is breached then the other could be breached also, but as I see as of today, more security are applied today because of the many active users.

Bitcoin developed a really secure system, this has been a great breakthrough. Also, I'm thinking the altcoins are secure too. None are as safe as bitcoin but even still they are safe enough. But yet for all coins security, not the best. I think that security measures will be getting stronger every day. Technology never stops.

Yes, why not. There are a lot of altcoins such as ETH which provides security and are reliable. The main factor to see if these are there is by seeing the demand for the coins. People will not fall for coins which are scams, naturally. They will go for the ones which does provide a high chance of return of the investments.

I believe other crypto currencies will undergo such security threats but at the end of the day, those security threats will make them to be better, more secure and reliable, blockchain is still in it's early stage of development, so there will always be security challenges but with time, it will take care off.

I think bitcoin is secure and more reliable because it is the first crypto currency to implement blockchain technology and it has been an open sourced project, one good thing about open sourced project is that people can contribute to the project to make it better as more secured

In my opinion yes they are secure and reliable to current standards and also they are progressing it to nake more secure as days passes. But you must no one can keep secure your funds unless you are not sure how to keep yourself away from phising scams.

I think the trust people put on Bitcoin is also what affects Bitcoin's popularity regarding security and reliability issues. Both Bitcoin and ALTcoins can be stored in hardware wallets, so I think the safety issues should be similar for both. But, bad ICOs that scams people are one of the reason why people start to have doubts over Altcoins.

Decentralization, it is the key for security and reliability. Followed by community and number of specialist working for it.
Bitcoin and Ethereum has the highest number of volunteering tech specialist who are quick in finding and solving a problem.
Paid technician of some coins can't match with their expertise. Other's with better decentralized community are of course, monero, litecoin and dogecoin.
