I believe you're sick. Dizziness is a symptoms for several illnesses. In yours case, it comes when your temperature drops as a result of bathing. Other people making comments on this post will give you one diagnosis or the other. However, visiting a hospital for a medical check up is best. Unknown to you, other seemingly unrelated symptoms pointing to an illness may be evident.

You should go to the hospital for such questions. Most of the articles here are about cryptocurrencies, and most of them are bounty hunters, not doctors!

Don't take it too hard and don't be afraid because it doesn't cause any alarms or indicate that you have some kind of major illness if you are really concern about it channeling a doctor is the best things

You should see a doctor immediately. Perhaps the problem is to the circulation or lack of oxygen, etc.

Heat will cause dilation of the blood vessels in your skin, an attempt by your body to cool itself by increasing blood flow to the large surface area closest to the outside. ... This reduced blood flow to the brain may be experienced as “dizziness” or “lightheadedness” and may even cause syncope—fainting.

Most likely this isn't anything to be alarmed about, however, it's always best to speak with a medical expert to get their advice.  If you live in a city and have city water, they will place chemicals in the water to "clean" it and whatnot.  Your skin is your largest organ, so in the shower, you are exposing your biggest organ to water that could be laced with fluoride, which does cause dizziness.

You're probably sick, but you should also try to drink a lot of water if you don't already.

I take a look at Internet, there may be a lot of reasons. The solution is not here, please go to doctor when you get a chance.

Dizziness complaints that arise after bathing are likely caused by exposure to cold temperatures during shampooing which can lead to dizziness. Besides that, dizziness can also be caused by various other factors such as:

- stress
- Fatigue or lack of sleep
- Dehydration
- Hypoglycemia (decreased blood sugar levels)
- Hypotension / low blood pressure
- Migraine
- Vertigo
-Brain tumor
etc

If complaints continue to recur, you should consult with your doctor so that you can trace the possibility of other underlying causes.

It's only when taking shower or also when standing for longer time? If it's when standing too then it can be some sort of spine problem. If only when taking the shower it may be some problem with your heart, you should never take too hot showers, making shower too hot may actually kill you (not joking).

It could be anything! You need to go to the doctor. It may be something psychological.
