This is an ICO built on NEO, which is kind of exciting itself, the team is very serious, but the idea of making a crypto exchange is very plain and can be seen a lot. I also saw a video on youtube that the ICO was expected to get lauched during April, so it feels like they are behind the schedule, even though their roadmap doesn't state any dates. Basically, the team is the best this project has and people just invest relying on it, but I am not so sure it's enough to succeed. I would keep this ICO in mind when tokens appear on the exchanges, but I wouldn't risk investing right now.

Community and team matter much more than anything else because in the market, most tokens are at high price because of their community so it would be good investment.

It is very difficult to say before the ICO of any token. But, by seeing their whitepaper and roadmap I think NEX is a good option to invest.

As far as I'm concerned, there is a strong team behind NEX. The comments and evaluations I have heard are positive. As far as I can tell, it's a nice ico and can be invested on it but I give you an advice, just don't a decide by reading the comments. Always research yourself before doing an investment and after decide yourself is it good or Nah.

The question is this? have you done your own research about the project? Or are you following the public hype about the project and you want to invest? Neon Exchange ico looks promising to me. Their have a nice vision. I think they will be popular if they work efficiently. But you must think properly before you invest.

So you should not invest in NEX projects that should invest in altcoins or BTC and hold at this time when the market rate is tending to fall. There was a competitor that has already built its product called switcheo and i thought that the competition will be very interesting for watch. The only interesting thing that NEX was offering full dividends to the token holders and so basically it's another security token. It's over rated in my opinion.
