Yes I believe altcoins will rise again although the rejection of Bitcoins ETF has affected the market in general hence the sluggish posture of Bitcoins and the altcoins. immediately Bitcoin was on the path of slow growth it was obvious that the altcoins will assume same since they are heavily influenced by Bitcoin.today the coin rose slightly giving some glimpses of hope for the market which includes altcoins.

Just hold up on the coins you are holding on and I do see your current portfolio do have very good line up of potential coins which is really worth to be hold up. Don't tend to sell out on loss and come to think that you aren't the only whose suffering on such depression seeing our portfolio on deep negative. Most investors do have the same feeling as of now specially on this very dumped market.
For now the thing is being tested is our patience. The impatient you are the more loss you will take.

HODL! Alts always recover - look for charts history of alts to verify this. But you must wait for several months for recovery because patience is the key to success! I HODLed SIA, DGB and BCN from Summer, 2017 and sold it with profits in BTC in Winter, 2018 (in USD it was huge profits).
