Perhaps am wrong, but prefer to share my view:
all of us who is touched with the gox ball, we feel that we were abused. So, what can we do to fight back? Without writing bad words on the wall or something like this. Even japan have financial authority, so just need to contact them that we have some money blocked at xy company and they give some misleading information. In this case they will search after this famous xy company. BUT for precaution with the virtual currency better keep the flat currency on the account and having screenshots from our account page. 'Legal' currency is traceable and can maketrouble for the xy company. In the case of missing values and continuous misleading publication from the part of xyGOX can be used against it.
What can produce this:
- they will be with lot of btc(virtual-gox-btc)
-empty hard cash reserve
-the website will close in 24 hours as marked in the TC without prior publication, so we can be without proof(except if you make some screenshots)
