The miner status shows no hash board. Have you tried to check the hardware version if it shows X.X.X.X?
Resetting it 3 times should work and let the miner run at least 20 minutes.
If it doesn't work hardware problem might be the cause.
If it still under warranty you can contact their technical support and send a repair ticket.
You can check your miner if it's still under warranty by using this tool
https://service.bitmain.com/support/warranty and input your Serial Number (SN) you can find it under the aluminum plate of control board then create a repair ticket from here
https://service.bitmain.com/support/repairEdit: I found a control board program recovery and maybe this method will work to solve the problem if it still persists the possible problem of your miner is hardware might be the 3 hash board is dead or the control board.
