Maybe just busy. Seems to go down on the weekend evenings a lot.

I think some of the donations need to be spent to fix the forum.

It is because, the server is down i hope.

The mods or development is fixing i hope.

And i recommend them to change the forum script from smf to vbulletin. It will be more cool for them.

The forum has periodically been experiencing DoS attacks over the last couple of days. We're looking into options to fix this, though it's apparently difficult to protect against bandwidth-sapping DoS attacks without trusting a CDN service with your HTTPS key, and I'm not going to do that.

Why not? Isn't there any reliable/trustworthy cdn service out there?

I prefer not to trust any service.

I just got the SMF database error message just then.
After 2 reloads it was working again. I got the same thing a couple of days ago for an hour or so.
Besides those minor inconveniences the site has been working fine like normal.
