I doubt if it will not every country around the world are with good technology, there are still third world countries that rely on fiat money and besides government will not let these things happen, they want full control and they want to issue their own local currency which is fiat so it's a long shot.

the scammers won't just go away because bitcoin is being used. the type of the scam changes and they continue ripping off newbies. for example one of the common methods have been ICOs which is basically the same as "fake money" since they are not real and there is nothing behind them but 1 person writing a simple code. or the new short lives scam called forking bitcoin where they kept creating forks of bitcoin and called them "real bitcoin" and fooled people.

I wish that was true, but as it is now, cryptos have created more problems than they have solved due to scams, hackers and many dubious practices in the management. I think it will get better in the future.

For my opinion bitcoin is created to connect the tradition ways and the modern way of transaction. Fake money is also like a form of scam in the cryptocurrency world.
