Preferably not but I can ask my colleagues if you insist.
It will take about 5-8 days for the product to reach your front door and during this time we are at the mercy of the exchange rate. The last time we escrow'd we ended up losing a substantial amount of money. This was also in a far more stable market than we seemingly are in now. Seeing as we must convert the large majority of the transaction to fiat (those laptops won't pay for themselves!) it simply is not worth the risk for us to use escrow much of the time.
