Note this is me quoting my own post on another  thread

well a lot of   gear coming out

Bitmain >>>>>>>>>>>>>  s9j    Tweak of the s9i
Avalon  >>>>>>>>>>>>>   851   Tweak of the 841  I will be reviewing this soon

Innosilicon>>>>>>>>>>> T2 turbo Tweak of the T2   70 watts per th I will review this
Pangolin/Whatsminer >>>> M10      New chip            65 watts per th I will review this

GMO >>>>>>>>>>>>>> B2         New chip            82 watts per th

Avalon >>>>>>>>>>>>>  A9         New chip            65 watts per th 2-3 months out

I don't have an s9j  and do not plan to review it
I am trying to find a good seller of the GMO to review it.
I will review a s11 if it comes out.

Locking this until the Avalon 851 arrives.

Space 1

I got my hands on a pair of Avalon 851's  I tested them for about a week

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4811227.0

I prefer the 841's  over the 851's.

If you want an Avalon right now look for the 841's

Or wait until later in the year and get the next gen A9 model  Maybe late Oct or early Nov.

My Innosilicon  T2 turbo comes on Monday the 20th of August.

I will do a full review with multiple tests  all next week.

I hope it is better then the Avalon 851 was.

Okay this has arrived minefarmbuy got a model for me.

I just programmed it with ck pools
and I am waiting for its numbers.

https://i.imgur.com/T93hQ6F.png
https://i.imgur.com/Eo5lvK3.png

it did about 22.5th and 2100 watts on factory  say 93 watts a th very fast test.  as I don't want to use 2100 watts with this unit in current spot.

checking efficiency  it seems to pull only 1467 watts  vs 2100 watts. I don't know how much hashrate drops.

okay 1455/17300 hash = 84.1 watts a th = very good. early test number  but good.

1455/18410 = 79.03 watts a th  = really good   still an early test on efficiency

so  it  is doing about 17.5 or so?

The innosilicon T2 Turbo on efficiency does about 17630  and 1445 watts  which is  around 81.9 watts a th  at the wall.
fans were 50%
temps were 53c

https://i.imgur.com/YvtFgHg.png
https://i.imgur.com/XkU5f6s.png
https://i.imgur.com/S9QdS0Q.png

next test is on balanced.

they supply the psu  and I am not going to run it at factory or preformance

factory  used 2100 watts ,

I don't want to pull that much power

performance would be more like 2450 watts  which is worse.

I hope balanced is good.  power wise  it is only about 1700 watts  which is a lot lower then 2100 watts.  if I do 20th  it would be around 85 watts a th.
It is still tuning as I type.

As of now this is more efficient then any other btc miner I have used.

now it is an asic boost which means you can not mine every pool and you can not mine most alt coins.  like ppc or bch.

solo.ckpool.org
pool.ckpool.org
kano.io
slushpool.com
f2pool.com
bitminter.com   they give nmc coins and btc coins
some india based pool  don't remember it

anyone know more please list them.

You're going to review the M10, what are the other two reviews you're thinking of?

well I am waiting on info on the M10 yet to get it.
the avalon A9  maybe in late Sept I hope

the avalon 851 was not much

I like the avalon 841 better.

I am hoping to get a gmo from japan
I am hoping to get a s-11 from bitmain

I know people don't like the T series since there are pool restrictions.
It is a no brainer if you want to mine at either of ck's pools or kano's pool.

My self I favor Avalon gear because of warranty and support.

My 5 T1's
2 good
2 have a flaky board
1 has a dead board

1 of 5 psu's died

they ran since april 3rd or 4th
hot spot rugged setup still my avalon 841's same place are flawless

I didn't know the the canaan A9 was that close. Only issue I have had with canaan was. . .. nothing. Then I've had good luck with both s9's (one is s9i). Was thinking the new canaan was further off so I guess I may skip the T2T. Unless I get antsy if I can get the exhaust in soon.

Well I will get the avalon a bit quicker to demo and review.

They build them really well and they have always some type of downclock  which comes in handy.

With my solar array setup we want  gear that is bullet proof  and with good warranties , good service.
Avalon  does that.

So far the T2Turbo  had very good numbers at efficiency   about 82 watts a th at the wall/ac

but at  balanced  it looks to be about 89 or 90 watts a th which is so so.

I will wait for overnight numbers.

Can you also post prices beside the miners?

Maybe the price per TH would be useful.

I actually have no idea  what the T2 costs, can you even buy a single machine?

I Purchased   it from minefarmbuy

https://minefarmbuy.com/

https://minefarmbuy.com/shopbtc/innosilicon-t2t

I used a cc

I have a 6 months no interest deal on the cc.

cost was 1800  and I had a 81 dollar discount  so cost was 1719

Not cheap  but  I try out most everything  on the market and do reviews on them.

I am bullish on btc price  and using a cc with time payments  gives me extra protection

https://i.imgur.com/GO5lBvm.png
https://i.imgur.com/oZRksvZ.png

bitmain is practically giving away  the s9

about 600 for 14 th  at 100 watts a th with psu

while this is 1720 for 18th at 82 watts a th  efficiency speed setting

but it is the most efficient btc miner I ever tested at that setting.  it saves you 1600 kwatts a year or 160 usd at 10 cent power.

320 at 20 cent power at that setting while giving you 3.2th extra hash.  that is worth about 307

so if you have 10 cent power  you get back 467 in a year  you paid 1120 extra  takes 2.4 years
if you have 20 cent power you back 627 in a year you paid 1120 extra takes 1.79 years

If btc does a bull run  you can crank this up  to 22 or 24th    and do well
I used a cc with 6 months to pay  more protection and if btc does a bull run a score
It is quieter on efficiency then the s9
Form factor is compact.

Do I recommend buying it maybe maybe not a lot depends on your setup
But I am going to buy another one this week.

Buying direct means you pay in crypto. And no benefits of the CC

Yeah my bank does not allow me to send a transfer to China.  So I need to open a new bank account with a new bank.

Also if I send btc  innosilicon  does bad  conversion and you don't pay  1592  you pay 1700 or 1800

If I do btc right now I need to send 0.269052 btc which is about 1793.15 usd at coinbase price

so I paid 1720  with 6 months to pay

vs  1793 in btc

pretty much a no brainer for me
