Ironically, someone of them like TXID: ed7ffa58fef651adaf1281ad10e98a4399eb2be40950345c7ccb7c8f76f067e1 in their liast are spending immature coinbases  (45d45286bac04311684ab7716ab170b50781cde6b094d9a644fb89ca07ae6888:31 is a coinbase with 67 confirms as I write this) and so it's not a valid transaction.  So even after all this time and weeks of outages for fixes MTGox is still producing invalid transactions.

The ntxid field is somewhat new, I first noticed it there a week-ish ago.

The article's one and only source is a recently emerging and ongoing reddit thread ,and the author makes statements based on his assumption that everything in the thread is factual and complete, and that it is indicative that mtgox is actually reopening withdrawals and sending coins to its customers, which could be false. What is the point of even making an article, or the point of you linking to an article, when you should just link to the reddit thread itself (the one and only source of information)? That way people will see all of the most recent information and be able to make their own conclusions based on the evidence and not based on the article author's thinking process.

And what do you consider the "best" to be? Would it be "best" if mtgox started running again, got popular and widely traded and followed, only for it to pull more crap and betray bitcoin users again down the road, causing more drama and price crashes? Next time people might lose even more money in it, and it might damage public confidence even more. I think it would be best if mtgox disappeared and we started fresh with solvent exchanges with proper management and trust.
