SEC draft rules on ICOs - magpasa ng mga kumento hanggang Aug 31

Ang Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) ay naglabas na ng draft rules sa ICOs!

Inaanyayahan ng SEC ang lahat ng interesadong partido ( mga bangko, mga mamumuhunan, mga traders atbp.) na magpasa ng mga pananaw, mga kumento at iba pang maaaring makatulong sa iminumungkahing guidelines.

Mangyari lamang na ipasa ang inyong mga kumento sa email na ito: vgpfelizemenio@sec.gov.ph, vevargas@sec.gov.ph at jfppatilleros@sec.gov.ph hanggang sa katapusan ng buwan na ito, Agosto 31, 2018.

Magandang simula na ito upang maprotektahan ang publiko.

Magandang senyales ito galing sa ating gobyerno na interesado sila sa patuloy na paglaganap ng cryptocurrency at ng ICO platform at napapanahon na para tayo ay kumilos din at kung hindi eh talagang maiiwan tayong lahat. This is a manifestation that people behind those agencies mentioned are now recognizing the big potential of the ICO platform to contribute to our country's economic well-being and indeed in many countries where ICOs are very legal it is bringing in many benefits but there are grounds whey this has to be regulated -- we need to protect the "investors"a s there are now so many scams also using the platform for their own evil purposes. It is high time that the Philippines take advantage of this big trend. Right now, Thailand is already ahead of us as far as ICO and cryptocurrency is concerned and we need to act now otherwise this window of opportunity can slip and go to those who are fast and agile enough to respond to opportunities.
