Yes you can start up to build your own lending services and giving out some loans for those people who do need but just a piece of advice that this kind of business is really risky

Nope I didn't.

I did tried it in real life through fiat lending and I failed to collect those outstanding balances so I don't have guts to try it online.

Though I have the capability of trying it again but I don't want a business that will just give me an headache and I failed before.

And I guess lending business isn't just for me.
