also it says, if you want a free listing, there is no guarantee that you will be listed. premium listing costs 0.1BTC  and takes 4-7 bussiness days to process.

They have the rules indicated on that page so just follow what they want but why you chose to list your coin on that exchange? I'm not sure on how much it cost to be listed there but I think its costly.

Elaborating on  whats being said.

We will add new tokens every 1-7 days. Type of listing: auction.
More BTC in Yobicode - more chance for listing (it is an auction)

Rules:
- unlimited supply for tokens - FORBIDDEN (fixed supply only)
- bitcointalk topic only (!)
- not accepted coins with text only topics (we need good topic design with graphics)
- request can be declined if we don’t like your coin, you can activate Yobicode anytime
- all accs of dev in Yobit can be blocked with balances if price of his coin falls by 50-90-150% because of his dump
- positive factor: more token holders or ICO

Basing on the criteria this is just like the same on day 1 where yobit is operating.Rules arent too tight nor to loose.

@OP, both links are working, you can distinguish the difference with just the links (addcoin | addtoken). If you're not confused between coin and token, then you're good to go, use https://yobit.net/en/addcoin since that's what you're asking.

I'm not sure if they will answer you, even those with the accounts issue barely receive a response (tbh, so far, I have never seen anyone here who confirm receiving a reply from them). You better read the requirements on the site and just fill out the form for application.

I've seen some before that confirmed that they received a reply but it's not with this concern.

That concern was about their withdrawals. Bocanegra, have you contacted them already?
