You don't seem to understand. Jackpotsoft is explaining that the demo mode is just for demonstrating the functionality of the site and since the banks balance is 0 it has no money to pay out users hence the games being "rigged". Of course when you add a bank balance the games will gain functionality. This is a demo not a real site.
