How to create a wallet for Mosaics NEM?

Hello, I need an advice on creating my wallet (Android and iOS apps) for Sends Mosaics NEM.
I generated tokens on NEM platform and wanted to develop a wallet for them (Mosaics NEM). Who could possibly help with advice or step by step instructions on how to do that?
I've found only the following instructions on NEM help:
