People keep a coin for the long term, not for some pathetic 100%. People want to see X5-10, at least, and you start talking about x2 here
I agree, Invest and hold helps a coin grow more so then more profit can be made and makes it stable to buy again if its good project its worth doing,

when I get a profit, but there are prospects for a price increase, then I sell somewhere 50-60 percent, and start to check the course all the time ). Cascading method is good for investing.

Lets take the following example. You buy BTC at 6k and it goes up to 8K. Do you sell 100% of it or do you sell 75% and keep 25% in BTC.
What are your opinions / tactics?
It all depends on the situation.I am not a professional and I do not know how to use technical analysis, but as a beginner I would sell 70%, and the rest would be left in anticipation of further growth

It depends on the market situation. If I can forecast market will go down then I will sell my 100%. no way to hold the coin in this time.

You should try 50/50 so that if the price goes up again then you can get a bigger profit. Diversity should be taken in mind with investments.

As for me, I sell 80% of the investments for a particular cryptocurrency with a final profit of 25-30%. If the growth is 10-15% and there is no response for future market, I bring everything out.
Usually, especially during the day trading, 2-3% is enough to sell 50% of ivestment.

What are your opinions / tactics?
The percentage I sell of my holdings when in profit depend on the amount of profit I'm getting, if it's huge like my target or more I can sell all and strategize to buy the coin again if the price drop but I won't sell all 100% of my holdings if the profit is not up to my target, I'll sell part to get the capital I invested and to earn some profits

What are your opinions / tactics?
Need to see on market conditions, on uptrend I will wait 12k and then sell 25%. On downtrend - 25% on 8k is a very good profit.

I will sell 75% to fiat money, hold 25%. This is for sure, looking for more investment opportunities in a steady stream.

I never sell all my coin when in profit as i always split it into three part, i will sell 50% on the first target and usually i will sell another 25% on second target price so i get my money back plus some profit. I will keep the rest in case the coin boomed and rise a lot so i won't miss/regret anything.

Yes, it depends on the price at the time. If the price at that time has exceeded my expected price, I will sell all the cryptocurrencies, and I will buy them again when they are at a low point.

it's depends upon the situation, if i see my coins gained a 100% profit and im badly needing fiat i will automatically sell all and convert in fiat. but if the time that coin will reach 100% profit and i dont need fiat at the moment i will suggest that you can sell the half of it and convert to other stable altcoin. or either sell abd buyback after it dumps because im pretty sure that premising projects has it second wave before it will stable the price.

As for me, Most of the time I would sell 100%. Then I will take a break because the long day trade can be very unhelpful and at times tied rope around the neck .so I prefer to sell in profit than hold.

The prices of crypto is not always fixed, the price today can be totally different from tomorrow and since it can be higher than yesterday's price, I always try to retain some of my coins

I haven't btc. If I have and it is in profit then I will go for partly selling. And if rate comes down then I will rebuy my selling coin. And I will use it for trading. In above statement I tell about partly selling. In it partly means 20% to 25%.

It depends sometime you have unexpected need of money that will cause you to get all your investment but if not and Im in the situation I will still HOLD my investment and hope for more better prices in the future because I know that bitcoin is a long-term investment.
If the situation is altcoin and doubled my investment I will depend on how good the project is if its good enough for me I keep holding 100% of that altcoin but if not maybe im going to take 50% and leave the another 50%.

It depends to the strategy of a person, if they do trading it is better to sell all of it and when the price goes down again then it is better to buy more again, but if the person doesnt do trading he will only sell part of it and the others they will just let it sit and stake whatever the price is.
