Good time to buy is right now because the market is still falling. Buy as more as you can but make sure that the crypto you bought have potential, so it will give you enough profit. Buy more Altcoins because it can give you huge profit that help you financially. Then sell it when the market is pumping continuously, so sonce the market is still falling buy now and hold it for long time or until the highest point of value of it .
