I actually cannot determine when is the right time to buy. But now, the price of the altcoins and bitcoin is very down. It is under its average as usual. In this case, I think it is a good time to add our amount to invest. But, the risks for investing right now are very big. It means that we can invest in the coins but the time for recovering may be longer in time. Just stay patient to hold those coins.

I am personally dipping in right now.  The prices may go lower and it may even be probably that they do however I don't think they can fall much low. If going for a larger position one needs to begin accumulating now.
