Word of advice; if you want the best people to help you then you need to be a bit more relaxed with your budget. 200 bucks won't cut it.
Try the mining section of the forum as well as the project development section. You might find someone cheap enough for your purpose.
The second word of advice; put that same amount of money in altcoins and you would earn double without any hassle of maintaining a farm / cooling / moisture / electricity / politics - if you are from India these issues will plague you.
