That is the price only at Mt.Gox, for the very simple reason that people are unwilling to buy BTC there knowing they will be prevented by Mt.Gox from withdrawing it.

Prices are relatively OK in other exchanges.

It went as low as 90$ on mtgox a few days ago

Mtgox may be insolvent, clients cannot withdraw funds or btc from the exchange
