I will not give any suggestion about that because that depends on your analyzation on the project itself, just take a look on the hyperquant project which has gathered so many supports from the various companies and it has been creating some partnership with exchange site and kucoin has already included on that partnership. |

I suggest you do your own research and study because each and everyone one of us has a different view of a certain project. Maybe there are similarities in how we define a going-to-be successful project but at some point, there are also differences, and at one point, it all depends on your decision. And this a big part of this decision that you're going to make should always be because of your choice not because of another's view point on certain projects.
I did great on ICOs last year but on 2018, all ICOs I've invested, even with great roadmap and project development gets dumped everytime they get listed on exchanges. I did as great as made my initial invested grow 30x it's original value and that is something commendable I think.
I studied ICOs by studying past successful ICOs and also learning how to rate ICOs from famous names like Ian Balina. But this year, I've tried so hard finding a good ICO but no luck still because the market is harsh and bearish this time.

My suggestion is to check hundreds of identical posts where others have already responded. Seriously do not make a next this same post, becuase you can find answer for your question in many different posts |

why do you need a proposal? you can get good results by doing your own research. someone else's suggestion could reset your money and that would be much more sad. |

There is no good ico to invest in right now I also look for new ICOs sometimes but the number of good ICOs decrease in the market, bear market is also a cause.

If you want to know what is/are the best ICO to invest right now. You can search it on the search bar, there's too many topics that has the same titles and aims to ask which ICO is the best to invest for this year.
And you can't just say a project is high quality if you just heard it from someone, spare some time too and DYOR.

learn to be smart in finding projects to invest by looking for accurate and reliable news so that you will be sure of your investment
and if you feel unsure, invest your money in the best 10 coins in the market exchange because this will make your funds safe ....

I can say TEA coin it is old and good coin, price now is very low, you can buy for only 3-10 sat it is minimum price now, and sell 100-200 sat after i think maximum month. I think you shouldnt invest the ICO right now because these market's situation is very bad, prices are very low now. It's time to buy altcoin now not ICO's tokens. If you earn a lot of money from ICOs before market’s prices go up a lot. You should buy coins from market directly make profit after that you can look ICOs

With the current market, ICO is difficult to achieve token sales as of 2017. The reason is that so many ICOs appear in conjunction with the price of Bitcoin and ETH dropped. And ICO investment will lose almost 80%. This is not the right time for you to invest in a profitable ICO. |

you can choose ico on icobench, there are lots of ico with good ratings. but you should not be fooled by ratings. You have to research and analyze a lot of ico so ico that you will invest gives maximum profit. |
