OP, why do you care about a bankruptcy notice? Creditors tend to lose all their money a long time before a company officially goes bankrupt. In UK, insolvency events are posted to the London Gazette: http://www.london-gazette.co.uk/insolvencyI'm sure Japan has something similar. But I question its usefulness in this instance.

Consider this your early notice - Mt. Gox is going to go bankrupt.

so everybody seems to think Mt.Gox is going bankrupt, but why would they go bankrupt exactly ? they dont make enough on commissions to pay for their office and staff ? people stole money from them ? why are they going bankrupt exactly ?

They're going bankrupt because thats how they would explain how they took all your coins. Scam101 Mt. Gox is not sheeproad, every body knows who owns Gox, now they could take your coins and run, they could, but they will never get away with it, if they do that, don't think they that dumb.

Haha. I don't see how it can sustain itself as a business for much longer. They've just deleted all their tweets. That's not a good sign. No idea why they did that though.
