Just use the official wallet from the IOTA website.

Don't know if there is a solution to generate your own seed included now but if not just check out this guide:

I can't  install it on ubuntu, I need  webwallet

Where  are the instruction for ubuntu?

Web wallets are not secure, the securest one are hardware wallets I think your private keys should not be accessible at all like in hardware wallets.

Easiest wallet to use is the Trinity mobile wallet https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.iota.trinity

It's in BETA, but it has had two security audits and is deemed safe by the developers.

I would keep it on Binance before a web wallet if those were my only options--especially if I have no clue who is running the wallet and can't audit it myself.
