Megaminer GKVmod CryptoDredge inside (fun own hands mod)

I like very much Megaminer and used it for a long time, but now it is not updated.

 Some time ago I tried CryptoDredge and I really wanted him to work with Megaminer, but in the standard variant there is no.
 
 So I started looking inside the scripts, it was not very difficult. So I had a mod that can work with CryptoDredge.
 
 In the rest I also updated all miners how need it to the current versions and left only those that close all the algorithms and work stably.

At the same time, as practice shows, information on the quotations of coins and their profitability is better to receive directly from multipools (like Nicehash). WhatToMine good for hand control with standalone algo with expectation
growth coins rate, but not the best variant with multialgo works.

My mod with CryptoDredge and Nicehash show grate result and this really is impressive.

And as I understand AIOMiner not work with CryptoDredge now.
