Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

This is a nice project being first of its kind will do very in the market.
But my concern is what will be your transaction charges when open for business and what will it be in future.

You have written, "Currently, the Company does not have to register with the Monetary Authority of the Cayman Islands," but is the Cayman Islands an offshore US zone?
