Funkey ICO team are Hacker/Scammer ?

I am not sure that they are Hacker or scammer i only have doubt.

I went to join FUNKEY Airdrop, through their Telegram BOT.
I followed all steps and then they ask me to submit my ETH address (nothing wrong in asking for ETH addy).
 Here is BOT's command

I always like to check others ETH or BTC address, done same here i searched their ETH addy on ETHPLORER and found this

They have ETHEREUM around 186817. Firstly i thought they have very good team. But when i saw their token balance it smells like scam, then i went to comment section and found many people asking for their money which was stolen by this address owner.

Now the question is that the person behind all Phishing, attacks are from FUNKEYPAY ICO?
If they are then FUNKEYPAY ICO is scam too?

If they say, that this bot was created by someone else (outside of team) then why they are starting project or ICO. If team can't create his own BOT then how they can start project.

This is very strange.. We will check their team as well.
There are    6,940,890 transactions, and it appears to be a Binance trade account.
We haven't seen a scammer with this amount of transaction yet.

Jo and Cho are the same thing when pronouncing in Korean.
For example, Jo minsoo and Cho minsoo are completely same name in korea.
Like this, James Jo and James Cho are same name.

and I think "James" is the last name of Yunho Cho in English.
When he meets people from English-speaking countries,
maybe he could introduce himself using another last name, "James".
