I enjoyed Max's show and used to follow his twitter feed for great nuggets of economics info and links.

But then I got an overdose of Maxcoin propaganda rammed down my throat and now hardly go near his twitter feed cos you've got to wade through all this Maxcoin nonsense when I'm perfectly capable of going to Cryptsy and  seeing what the market thinks of it which is about 100 times more relevant.

I hope he gets back to doing what he does best and stops being the Arthur Daley of cryptocurrencies.

Perspective: Russian News (or whatever it is called) that Max has a show on is paid for by the Russian government. It is broadcast in English to people outside of Russia and not shown in Russia.

I'm not a Maxcoin hater.

I invest in coins for their technological interest, not because of the loudness of Max Keiser's bullhorn. Sure, Max's bullhorn can pump a coin and you'll make some money. They when it stops you'll loose it again unless you dump.

That isn't really what Max Keiser was about for me and I find it a bit miserable to watch.

Used to be a fan of Max, but lately he has become nothing but a glorified pump & dumper.  His twitter feed was hammering 100 tweets a day pumping that maxcoin garbage.

He must have lost a lot of followers since harping on about crypto currencies so much, he should go back to ribbing politics and global finance with the occasional bitcoin piece.

+1. I started following his twitter feed last year when he was backing bitcoin because he sounded like an ardent believer. Almost stopped following when he was going on about quark, and finally dumped him after all the maxcoin bs.

Why? Only because people with GPU-rigs could not mine something else? Don't get me wrong. I think that MaxCoin is a really good coin, when you look at the specifications. But coins get not worthier, because you cannot mine it with specialized hardware. Because of ASICs, Bitcoin became so secure. Don't forget this. ASICs are not good for GPU-mining rig owners, but they are good for the people who actually use the coin... and using the coin makes it valuable.

It was Quarkcoin that changed my opinion - Up until then, sure you were a bit off the wall, but I found that quite entertaining. And I thought you were completely fair in your LTC call and also incredibly accurate (although I think that was a case of self fulfilling prophecy). But Quark? WTF?? Why sell out like that? You had a good thing going, plenty of supporters despite your somewhat crazy demeanour, but now you've lost a lot of that support IMO. Tone it down a bit, focus on something else for a while, then come back when it all blows over.

Just my advice though, who am I to tell you what to do? Do whatever you want mate, its your show. And thanks for your contribution over the last few years, just don't throw it all away to greed.
