read page 1 of this thread JOEL! wooo hooooooooooo! Joel has clearly walked. Nobody would confirm it in IRC but it's obvious now. The best thing is though is that it doesn't matter now. This changeover is showing that the current board and devs can handle things and the coin is likely to be much more secure this time. I remember 17th of May when Joel told us that : UPDATE:

And I believed him. Seems like it wasn't such passion and such a joy for him as he was telling around. Too bad. So sad. I was pretty sure about Joel and about that he wont let it go so easily. I understand all of the pressure and stuff ... but he shouldn't let it go... Anyway We will soon have new coin and I HOPE THAT no more fuc(##@ing attacks are goin to happen. |

Ok launched the new Wallet here 2.1 :-)
Started to mine some block since 10 minutes , seems we are now 100% POS , as i had no amount in any POW block mined.
Interface is nice, well done job @DEV, you rulez as ever !

Downloaded the new wallet.
Windows cannot open this file. I guess I need another bit of software to run it but have no idea what and I don't have time to look into it at the mo.
Any help throughout the day will be appreciated. I'll be in and out all day.
Winrar? All the dependencies for the wallet are in the rar file. Try bribing it with crab cakes? No but seriously, if you need help I will probably need something just a tab bit more specific, Please shoot me a screenshot. Clean the community There will always be people who'll kindly give you great help Great community  |

Is the old network secure? Your transaction will be submitted to the blockchain but it won't be confirmed. It's not a problem to check. |

For the social component of this community I wish we can wait for most of the people with local wallets to have their cons swapped before we go live on exchanges I doubt we can wait for every single one, I for myself, have coins swapped already this morning which was working just awesome and fast (thanks Kalisto, you're brilliant). I would love to see C2.1 on exchanges, but I would wait for a little bit longer |
