THE ESSENCE OF «VION» PROJECT
The essence of the project is to create a chain of specialized electric charging stations for freight electric transport in the United States (in the future, the list of territories may be expanded in the framework of the project).
Electro cargo transport requires the following services required during the transportation of goods on highways:
1) electric chargers for main road trains every 500-800 km (300-500 miles);
2) organization of pastime for drivers for 1 hour (maximum charging time of the electric truck), including the possibility of eating, hygiene and temporary rest.
On average, the stations should be located 600 km (400 miles) apart. It is recommended, for economic reasons, to build stations between the roads of opposite directions, and in cases where this can not be done - on both sides of the highway.
Investment funds are planned to be gained in the ICO.

Features of the distribution of tokens
In order to conduct a fundraising campaign, A VION Ticker (the full name of VIONcoin) will be issued under the Ethereum standard (ERC-20) with a limited issue. The number of VION tokens is limited by Hard Cap. The distribution of tokens will be carried out through a smart contract. The collected funds will be used for the construction and launch of gas stations, for management, for the financing of advertising and marketing, as well as for the legal regulation of the work of gas stations.

Token Sale
VION tokens will be issued on the Ethereum blockchain in the form of ERC20 tokens.

Usage of blockchain in the project

VION tokens will be launched in the Ethereum blockchain in the form of ERC 20 tokens.

2. Investors after completion of ICO

Blockchain voting on important management issues.
Every year in December, the company's website organizes a General meeting of token holders. The decision is taken by a majority vote. The decision is adopted if voted for by a quorum of 50% plus one vote.
1 token = 1 voice. Date, time and questions are published in advance (no later than 14 days before the vote on the site www.vionusa.com and sent by e-mail. There are only two types of answers – "Yes" or "No".

As discussed in the Marketing strategy section, a loyalty program for customers of filling stations – owners and drivers of electric vehicles will be offered to retain them at gas stations.
A blockchain technology will also be used to track their participation in this program and control bonuses and their movement. As a result, each member of the loyalty program will be able to monitor their personal account, the accumulation and consumption of their funds online.
