I think any huge rally can consider a bull run and even if this will start at $6k to $10k will be consider a bull run. Although a bull run will not guarantee as the price will drastically up as this will be a volatile movement with going up.

Its still on a slow phase but since it already reaches a $2k dollar from the value of almost $5k this past months a $8k is a high improvement and I can say the bull run already begun but still on spurt and once it reaches a $10k value I doubt that it will still go down and as long as the value goes over $10k it will still go up until it passes November and December-May will be the month of bitcoin start to have a low value.

I don't think a lot of us ever expected that BTC will break the 7;800$ resistance again. But; slowly but surely; BTC is showing good signs of recovery as it is gaining momentum again. I have no views but advice,and that is stop looking back on what we have last 2017 when the December bubble got reality and gives us $20,000 worth of value,for me we should stick on the normal value and this is what we are having right now,be contented as the price for me is reasonable and perfect for investing

Yes that is right that ETF is the main reason for bitcoin price to decrease and restrict it not to increase and cross 10000$, but hopefully it will be a temporary decrease in bitcoin price and very soon investors will become confident to start investing their money in bitcoin and bitcoin price will increase too much.
