I know what Electrum is but not how it works. Are you simply selling a dictionary file ?

I don't know what he's selling, but, FYI, the electrum dictionary is not secret. You can find all the words in mnemonic.py:

Electrum security is based on the large number of possible combinations and not on hiding the dictionary.
