Using 7850, ASUS 2GB V2 Getting 300Kh/s while using GUI miner

Wanted to get the most out of my card so I switched to cgminer 2.11.04 wich is recommended by https://litecoin.info/Mining_hardware_comparison

I followed a general guide, Tried -D and also -D2>logs.txt and i get this error '-D' is not recognized as an internal or external command.

here is my config
setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1
cgminer --scrypt -o coinotron.com:3334 -u xxxx -p xxxx
--thread-concurrency 27164 ( which comes from the site )
-I 19 -w 256 -g 2 --gpu-engine 1120 --gpu-fan 10-85 --gpu-memclock 1300 --gpu-powertune 20
--temp-cutoff 95 --temp-overheat 85 --temp-target 75

Email me or reply and hopefully i can get help !

I just purchased a new system with 3 R9 270, GV-R927OC-2GD rev.1.0 losted at 450KH/s from the site
looking for a good batch file for the future as well.
specs
AMD Sempron 145
Kingston HyperX 4GB DDR3-1600MHZ
Win 7
that's it so far if anyone has any tips let me know because i am super new to mining! Thank you !
