Help please new to mining

I just tried starting to mine dogecoin today and I think i got everything running but it seems like its not working because I don't see any lines that say " accepted .."

I didnt change anything in the settings, all I did was paste my address in the "receive coin" bar.

What is a config file and how do i create one/where do I save it?
