Wasn't all of their tweets mostly automated idiotic tweets? Maybe someone figured out that was not the way to go about it?

ahhh time to burn that paper trail!

email server will crash next with no backups, then the whole gox BTC database.

all employees will be sent on a luxury vacation to siberia

and the CEO will claim mtgox has been running at a loss, display some toilet paper accounting confirming it, and all will be screwed....

the end.

yes. It's a pretty smart idea. You can buy lots of mtgox BTC and then watch in awe as they turn into 0.000000000000000

My math teacher told me the more zeros in a number the bigger it is, so this is good news.

No, I just mean that price wont happen. You'll never see single digits, at least not in relation to this Gox solvency ordeal.

what I mean is you will see zero when the gox server / exchange / site is no longer online, and its coming, watch.

what prices the other exchange will have, I have zero idea, guess any number, will be as good as my guess.

gox is turning off the lights one at a time. sorry to anyone who has money tied up there, i hope you can get at least some of it out in the coming weeks and months. that said, anyone who is buying goxBTC now either has brain damage or just wants to throw their money away.

Night gathers, and now my bitcoinwisdom watch begins.

Don't worry, I'm 100% sure those tweets are stored in a database and for the right price could be accessed.
But this indeed is very very very fishy. I guess the apocalypse is still on track :/

Twitter still has their tweets and would happily hand them over in a court of law. Deleting something doesn't make it disappear.

Yes, that twitter was little more than useless spam. All automated tweets asking people to contact tech support and open a ticket. I'm not exactly concerned that garbage was deleted. More stupid timing than anything.
