An energy-shared universal-tick-chain project

My partner and me have designed a new public chain. It consists of a tiny universal-tick-chain and a Block-DAG chain, and lots of other APP chains. The tick-chain has no crypto-coin/token, and the Block-DAG chain has a crypto-coin system. The tick-chain is designed as a consensus-base shared by Block-DAG chain and other APP chains or quasi-chains (like some distributed system). The tick-chain use POW, so the energy can be shared by all other chains/systems, these chains or systems don't need to have consensus function , because they use tick-chain as a infrastructure , so they can improve each others' security. The tick-chain is like a decentralized-clock for the world. Any system that need ordering function, can use the tick-chain. If anyone is interested by this project, please contact me.
