Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

Now I understood why people don't believe newbies.
Do you know that it is actually a crime?
GPU will warm and get broken (is is not supposed to be running as a mining rig)? There would be a lot of noise? school will pay for electricity?
Do you think people who use Bitcoin are the ones who cares only how to full their pockets any possible way?

This is exactly the kind of behaviour I was trying to avoid by removing the GPU mining code from cgminer.

3. Minimize your footprint. Don't leave any traces or leads that it is you doing this...

We don't need more criminals around here.
Maybe you came to the wrong place?

I'm pretty sure they can kick you out for using computers this way. It would only work if there were no administrator.

This was so uneducated that it was a bit painful to read.
