In my opinion it's mostly good news. If initial regulation makes it's roots stronger and promotes the use of crypto in mainstream than I think it must be welcomed. But yes, regulations must be only to make it safer. Any attempts on making it centralized must be discouraged at any cost.

Yes I agree that it bring good news for cryptocurrency world. I just hope it will be recognized in the whole world.

Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

Youre right on that mate as we know south korea is one of the biggest and progressive country in the world, and recognizing cryptocurrency is a breakthrough for our motivation to be accepted in the whole universe.so for me this is just a good news and has nothing to do in bad.this is a cause for celebration as one big counry enters a crypto family

I would definitely take it as a good news because this might lead to other countries starting to regulate cryptocurrencies too. Once a country regulates cryptocurrency it means that it has legalized the use of crypto in that country. This could be the gateway for crypto to go mainstream and worldwise use. Even if this does not lead to such a mainstream level it will at least encourage many people to start using cryptocurrencies.

Absolutely! I believe it will breathe more life in the crypto market and help it become stronger and more protected (I suppose).

As expected South Korea will be one of the majority who will most likely to adapt crpytocurrencies as they are curious about incoming technology and they are ahead of technology from other countries, they adapt cryptocurrencies since they wanted to be ahead with any incoming information and with knowing that cryptocurrencies has potential it obviously needed some attention, in other countries government won't allow any news that will maximize the relevance of cryptocurrencies since they are political biased and wanted to get attention from people for them to get reelected and to corrupt more money.

Things that are positive in such news are always more effective. If the ETF is approved, it will be officially recognized in the US.

South Korea for now recognizes crypto currency exchanges as financial institutions. It's a GOOD news and BAD news... More info here: https://blockchainmuffin.com/south-korea-officially-recognizes-cryptocurrency-exchanges-as-financial-institutions

To me it's a very good news. I have no problem with (KYC) and (AML) things.

Agree. Unless you're engaged in any criminal activities, you should be happy about that. What's the problem with (KYC) and (AML) if you are not a criminal, right?
This is indeed a good news because South korea is a great market for cryptocurrency. I also don’t have problem with the KYCA as long as the project is good and legal. Maybe people are just afraid to be scam so they don’t want to expose their personal details.

That was amazing! I think it must come very soon, when countries have a more comprehensive overview of Bitcoin, it will be a smart choice, leading the digital race to the technology. Korea, too, has seen the future of the BTC in particular and electronic money in general, and I think there will be more countries in the world choosing Bitcoins as their currency to pay for. of the future.

I would rather think that it is a good news because South Korea is not the last country in the world, and their opinion can influence other countries in neighbourhood to follow their attitude and accept same things.
