i think taking whey protein along with healthy diet will help in gaining weight

consume whey protein with milk early in the morning before taking anything else and also consume just before going to bed, you can also consume whey protein during lunch or tea time but make sure you take it in morning and night, 3-4 dose in a day should be sufficient in gaining mass

Have a big breakfast, I recommend oats and scrambled eggs. Make sure your lunch and dinner are high in protein and carbs and that you're snacking in-between meals. Go to the gym and lift weights 3-5 times a week taking mass gainer protein shake after each workout. Make sure you're getting your rest as well, sleep at least 7 hours at night. You will definitely see gains in weight and size if you keep up the routine.💪🏼

I strongly believe that gaining weight is harder than losing weight.   Wink

However, the science of gaining and losing weight is very simple. If you get more calories than you need, you gain weight. Looks very simple.

With the help of a hard diet you can gain weight easily.

Why not eat multiple times a day. No execise and just sleep. you will get what u are looking for.

Eat french fries with mayo every day and drink lots of beer best while watching tv. It should work.

You should try hitting the gym and having muscle building exercise (muscle is way way better than gaining fats).

By toning your muscle (and building some) you are getting thicker in a healthier way.

Get some sleeping tablets, then each evening have a massive meal eating as much as you can possibly stomach followed by a sleeping tablet. You will fall asleep and your body will have no choice but to process the food into fat because you won't be burning calories moving around whilst your asleep. Make sure the food is of high calorie content as well, no salads, lots of carbs and sugars. That should do the trick!

You can gain weight simply within only 14 days, just that it might not be healthy. There is a healthy ways to gain weight and an unhealthy way too. I will help with the healthy way. Eat more calories than before, sleep at least 8 hours a day and it shouldn't ne more than 10 hours. Workout to build muscles too. Stop pornography and masturbation if you are into. Porn and masturbation can really affect your gains.
